Hello All Warriors! We will be having our second quarter and first semester awards this Wednesday, January 15th. Elementary awards will be at 8:45 am and Secondary awards will be at 9:35 am. We will be presenting certificates for A and B honor roll, as well as perfect attendance for the terms.
Good Afternoon. I wanted to provide a couple of updates for this week and next week.
Games at Mile High Academy on 1/9 will begin at 4:30 with girls varsity, boys to follow. NO JV
We moved up the start time with North Park on Friday to help accomodate their travel. Girls Varsity at 3:30 boys to follow
1/14 at Campion, we will play JV boys 1/2 at 5:00 with girls varsity and boys varsity to follow.
Saturday 1/18 at Briggsdale- JH and HS will be playing. JH games begin at 11 am HS games at approx. 3 pm. Order will be as follows:
11:00 Boys C 2-10 min halves, running clock
11:30 Girls B
12:15 Boys B
1:00 Girls A
2:00 Boys A
3:00 Girls JV, 2-8 min qtrs, Boys Varsity, Girls Varsity last
Note that the boys will play first to give time between the JV and V Girls games
Tomorrow is our first Wacky Wednesday of 2025- Favorite SPORTS DAY!
The 6th grade class enjoying breakfast after taking Weldon Valley's monetary donation to Rising Up, this morning. The kids collected $547, in quarters, to spread holiday cheer to those in need! Good job Warriors, we are proud of you!
Don't forget the Chili Supper tomorrow night before the Christmas Concert! Tickets are $8 a piece! You can stop by the office tomorrow to grab yours, or pay at the door! The Junior Class will be serving dinner from 5-6:30pm.
Wacky Wednesday brought several "Grinches" to the Valley today! .... Except we all know these guys love Christmas and already have hearts 3 sizes too big! What a fun way to celebrate 14 days 'til Christmas!

Extended: Candy Cane Grams
Spread some holiday cheer to a student or staff member! The Class of 2028 has extended the sale of Candy Cane Grams until Thursday, December 12th. Deliveries will take place on Monday, December 18th.
STUCO is excited to announce our annual "Quarters for Quarters" fundraiser to support Rising-Up, a homeless shelter based in Fort Morgan. Every quarter counts and your small change can make a big difference in the lives of many.
Don’t forget, this is a competition to see which class can raise the most quarters. To ensure fairness, the total amount raised by each class will be divided by the number of students, leveling the playing field for both small and large classes.
To make it exciting, special prizes will be awarded to the top-performing elementary and secondary classes. The fundraiser ends on Wednesday, December 18 at 10 am. Winners will be announced at the end of the school day on that Wednesday.
Join us for a Christmas Chili Supper this Thursday evening 5:00-6:30pm, before the Christmas Concert. $8.00 tickets are now on sale at the front office or from any Junior Class student. See you there!

Hello all, grades 2nd through 11th will be NWEA testing, starting tomorrow December 3rd. They will test 12/3-12/5 & grades 3rd through 8th will also be testing on 12/10 - the tests will cover math, reading, language and science. The students will be testing right away in the morning, so please make sure that your student(s) arrive on time for school. Happy Testing!

The preschool recently had their gingerbread houses they created on display at the Vision of Trees last weekend.
Congratulations to 2nd Grader Aizen Garcia , he won a local poetry contest. He received a $25 gift card to the Cover Theater for his entry. Way to Go Aizen.
Congratulations to our High School Knowledge Bowl Team for their 2nd Place finish at the Akron Tournament. The Junior High team also competed and placed 9th out of 28 teams! Great start to the Knowledge Bowl Season!
