A note from Mrs. Dunn: Centennial has received State Stimulus funding for COVID affected households. This funding is available until June 30, 2021 or until they run out, for rent/mortgage assistance. There are a couple of things that are different from the previous rounds of funding received. The first is that applications are to be submitted online, including the required documents to determine eligibility. We have finalized our Junior High Basketball schedule for this season. We will not be able to have fans attend the two games this week, however, we are hopeful that games in the following weeks will be able to have fans attend. We will be live streaming all of the games and will send a link out in the coming days. Hello Warrior Family! Winter is just around the corner- if your kiddo can't seem to find their coat, we may have it here! Our lost and found is full of really nice jackets that were left here last spring. Miss Donna has graciously washed them all and has them hung by the cafeteria! Please remind your student to take a look!

We are excited for the opportunity to play one more football game.  We will be hosting Kiowa on Wednesday, November 25th at 1:00 pm.  We will be honoring the seniors and their parents as part of the game.  Due to the current COVID guidelines please read the following information.   1.  There will only be one entrance into the parking lot.  Use the entrance off Main St, only.   We will be taking temps as cars come into the parking lot.  The gate helpers will take temps inside the car as you come into the facility.  Please have a mask on while you are having your temperature taken. 2.  Home fans will be on the west side ( Press Box) of the stadium. They will have access to the concession stand and restroom facilities by the concession stand.  Please enter the field through the fence on North side of the baseball dugout and walk around the North side of the field to your sideline 3. We encourage fans to bring their own lawn chairs for seating and sit with your household groups. Please wear masks throughout the game 4.  If handicapped parking is necessary, please contact Lacey at 970-645-2411 by 5:00 pm on Tuesday.  You will be asked to provide your name and make of car and be given access to the parking on the west side of the field.  There is limited parking at this location, so it will only be used for handicapped access.  To reach this parking, you will have to drive across the berm on the North side of the school and around to the west side of the field.  The entrance will be blocked, except for those who have called ahead.   5.  We would like to keep large gatherings from happening on the field and in the area around the field following the game.  Please try to maintain social distancing as much as possible.  6.  We are trying to limit contact between our two communities.  We feel like these precautions will allow us to accomplish this goal.   If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at gedson@weldonvalley.org. We are looking forward to a great day and the opportunity to watch our senior compete in their last football game.
