Just a reminder of the Booster Club Athletics Banquet tomorrow beginning at 6 pm in the cafeteria for athletes and drama members as well as their parents . Boys are responsible for desserts and girls side dishes.

Weldon Valley is wrapping up the final process of our BEST Grant Application! We will have a chance to present a 2-minute speech to the BEST Board in hopes to win them over! If you are interested in tuning in, Weldon Valley will be presenting on Monday, May 15th between 1:15pm - 3:15pm at http://www.cde.state.co.us/capitalconstruction/ccab
The committee will release a list which schools will be funded next Wednesday, May 17th! Wish us luck and, as always- GO WARRIORS!
Some of our Weldon Valley sophomores had a great day attending the MCC STEM festival. Students learned about a variety of topics including STEM careers, chemical reactions, drones, electricity, and other great topics. A special thanks to Vanesa Sanchez and Gabriel Tolan, MCC STEM coaches, for the invitation and all their hard work!

For students and parents that are interested in traveling to Boston in 2025, the early enrollment deadline has been extended until June 1st. This early enrollment period will save you $300 off the rate.
This trip will be fantastic. We will be visiting Boston as well as Salem and Plymouth. The summer of 2025 will be the 250th anniversary of the start of the Revolution.
All students, parents, staff, and community members are invited to participate in this travel opportunity.

Congratulations to Courtney McFarland who will be representing Weldon Valley High School at the National FBLA Leadership Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. She will be competing in Accounting I! The NLC is held June 27-30 at Georgia World Congress Center and Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center. We are so proud of you!
