The Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act of 2025 states the National School Lunch Program Providers can now serve flavored or unflavored milks that include whole, reduced-fat, skim, and non-dairy substitutes that are nutritionally equivalent to milk.
Important Reminder: This law only pertains to school LUNCH. Other programs such as breakfast and snacks are NOT changing regulations, stating 2 varieties of 2% milk must be provided.
