I was born and raised out here in eastern Colorado. I graduated in 2003 and went to the University of Northern Colorado to pursue my teaching degree. I graduated from UNC in 2007 and got my first teaching job in Eaton where I taught 5th grade for two years. After my first year of teaching I decided to go back to school to get my masters in School Counseling. I received my masters through Adams State University. I moved back out to Eastern Colorado and took the position of School Counselor at Weldon Valley in August of 2010. I love the rural life and small school setting. I enjoy coming to work every day and working with the students.
